Semen

Semen is a liquid produced in and stored in the prostrate in boys. It's something for the sperm to swim in as they travel out the penis and into the vagina (and further). Semen is sugary to give the sperm energy for their long swim. Sperm is white, grey or even yellowish tint.

The nutritional content of semen is little to nothing and it does no harm to swallow, though that may be gross.
