There are a few sexual ? private parts-related emoji conventions.

The eggplant 🍆, symbolises the penis. It looks vaguely like a penis because it's round and long.

The taco 🌮, symbolises the vulva. A vulva looks slightly like an upside-down taco shell.

The peach 🍑, symbolises the bum.

The pointing right finger and the okay symbol 👉👌, symbolise sexual intercourse because the finger looks like a penis and the circle in the okay looks like the opening to the vagina.

There might be more, I don't know.

Of course, sometimes someone's just talking about a taco.
