NocturnalEmission

A nocturnal emission, or wet dream, is when a boy or man ejaculates semen while asleep. This may or may not go with a sexy ? dream. It may happen every 1-2 weeks if you are not having any other ejaculation through masturbation or sex.

I don't know why they happen, maybe to give some release or relief ? when you're not masturbating or having sex.

There's nothing wrong with this, you'll just have to launder your clothes or sheets or whatever gets soiled later.
