Masturbation
Masturbation is when you have sexual activity with yourself. If you're stimulating (by touching) your private parts for pleasure or release?, you're probably masturbating.
Masturbation is probably the world's most popular hobby. Most teenagers and adults? do it.
Masturbation can not make you go blind or get hairy palms, or make you insane. It's also impossible to get an STI this way or to get pregnant.
If you're a boy, don't lie on your stomach to masturbate (prone masturbation), it could be damaging.
You can't lose your virginity by masturbating. But you could tear your vaginal corona (hymen) if you put fingers or something else into your vagina.
If masturbation is a sin it's a very minor one. I don't think you'll get sent to hell for it. I should write a page on Onan?, but in summary, the sin of Onan in the Bible was probably rape, not masturbation.
You don't have to look at porn to masturbate! Seriously, people masturbated years before the invention of internet porn.
Safe masturbation
I don't have as much advice on this topic as I should.
Boys, you should use some lubrication, at least hand lotion. See also the warning above about not lying on your belly to masturbate.
Girls, don't put anything up your vagina that is not attached to something outside, you could lose something in there and have to see a doctor.
