Sexual touching is any touching of the private parts, including the breasts, bum, penis, scrotum, vulva or vagina of a person, for a sexual ? purpose. Touching your own private parts to wash or move them isn't sexual touching, neither is being touched in an examination by your doctor. Sexual touching is definitely sexual activity.

Sexual touching, within marriage and consensual, etc., is a good thing, and most people should do it. (Though sex is supposed to be special ?.)
