Vaginismus
Vaginismus is an involuntary tightening of your vaginal muscles due to fear of penetration. It makes inserting anything into your vagina painful. This can include a finger (manual sex or masturbation), a tampon, a penis (sex), or a gynecological exam? tool.
Vaginismus can occur the first time you want to put these things into your vagina, or occur later in life. It can be cured. Pelvic floor? therapy, counselling and vaginal dilaters can help. Vaginal dilaters are a set of small-to-large oblong (penis-like) objects to insert into your vagina to train it to be fine with insertion of objects.
