Abstinence
Abstinence is when you have no sexual activity with another person. It is a 100% effective contraception and STI prevention. It is recommended for teenagers. (Children of course absolutely not have sex, that's sexual abuse.) Being abstinent or doing abstinence is called practicing abstinence.
It might get you mocked and belittled, but it is an honourable course of life. Though I do hope most people can get married and have fulfilling sexual activity and sex lives?.
Masturbation is allowed under abstinence.
