Abstinence

Abstinence is when you have no sexual activity with another person. It is a 100% effective contraception and STI prevention. It is recommended for teenagers, and, of course, children.

It might get you mocked and belittled, but it is an honourable course of life. Though I do hope most people can get married and have fulfilling sex lives ?.

Masturbation is allowed under abstinence.
