The labia minora are smaller, inner lips and not covered with hair. The labia minora are a sensitive sexual? part of the genitals and cause sexual pleasure when touched.
The labia minora protrude (stick out) a little on adult women. Please stop getting surgery to reduce them to look like a girl who hasn't even hit puberty yet. It's mostly pornography that's giving people the impression that's normal. Don't look at porn.
