Girl
A girl is a female child or adolescent. Girls become women when they grow up, and can get pregnant and have babies. Girls also menstruate after they have hit puberty. Little girls go from plain, straight up-and-down bodies, like little boys, to taller, curvier bodies with breasts as women.
For reproductive organs girls have a vulva, vagina, cervix?, uterus, Fallopian tubes, and ovaries. Also they have labia and a clitoris, a vaginal corona at first, and have or will develop breasts.
It's probably a lot harder to be a girl than a boy.
