A menstrual cup or Diva cup (brand name) is a little silicone cup that goes into a vagina to catch menstrual fluid? during menstruation. The menstrual cup is a fairly new invention and I don't know much about it. I recommend reading the official Diva Cup page linked to below.
It probably can't be fitted into the vagina in girls and women with an intact vaginal corona, so probably some girls will have to use a sanitary napkin or tampon.
